When I turn corners, come to a dead stop and accelerate or going uphill I get a vibration in the rear end. Was told by Ford dealer it's the limited slip and to add a friction modifier. I did and problem stopped and came back 2 days later.

They could be exactly right. However, I would have recommended removing the diff cover, cleaning everything out, replacing the cover, and replacing the gear lube with the friction modifier. You could have dirt, water... in the differential.

Also, check the rear u-joints to make sure one isn't loose.
