2004 Ford F-150 I've been told the condensor needs to be ch

How tough is it to do this? I've looked at a picture of a condensor and it looks like there are just 2 connectors-the 1/2" female & 1/2" male. Also, I found 2 different models of condensor. How do I know which one to buy?

I searched 2 auto stores online,

The only engine info I had for you was "V-8" so I had 3 choices to use, I went with 5.4 Liter (the most common) this may be the problem with the 1st link.
