what is wrong when you back up and turn wheels to the right the front tires drag and it is hard to keep it on the road please help.

I've attached picture steps below for the replacement of the inner and outer tie rod ends on your Ford F150. After this repair you will need to have a front end end wheel alignment. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
