2003 Ford F150 squeeking noises

my truck has been making spueeking sounds wheen I drive on durt roads, or when i go over bumps. It sounds like its comming from my front suspention

Have it lubed. Alot of newer cars and trucks dont have grease fittings on the ball joints or tie rods. I have drilled and installed them, not that hard to do.Also lube the sway bar and end links
