2003 Ford F150 replacing neutral saftey switch

my truck won't start with the key. I have power to the solenoid but the wire that tells the solenoid to work doesn't. Is the problem the neutral safety switch on the transmission?

Hi there, Check starter relay and the two fuses indicated first, if ok, look at the isolator switch then.
