HOW DO I CHECK THE MOTOR TO SEE IF IT GOOD

Check for power and ground at the motor plug
hold switch in one position (down or up )
you should have power at one wire and ground at the other wire (at window motor plug ,wire disconnected )

if so motor no good if not suspect bad switch and or wiring

You unplug the motor and using a power source, ie battery charger or jumper cables from battery apply votage to the unpluged motor leads, the motor should operate switch the wires and the motor shold operate in reverse
