2003 Ford F150 V6 Two Wheel Drive Manual 45000 miles

I can't shift gears when the engine is on. If the engine is off, the gears will shift. If I start the engine in gear, it takes off. The clutch is loose and will not engage. There is a leak coming from a rectangular seal on the transmission casing. The problem started after I got the fluids changed at a lube shop

Hi there,

It sounds like you have devoloped a leak in the clutch slave cylinder(on the gear box) air has entered the hydraulic and the pedal is spongy and low, air compresses so the clutch will not operate. Replace slave cylinder and re bleed system
