2003 Ford F150 Engine running lean on one bank

The service engine light came on about 150 miles ago. I took it to my mechanic and it gave them a code saying that one of the banks was running lean. They replace the O2 sensors, about 3 miles down the road the light came back on. They are not sure what the problem is, they think maybe a misfire or spark plug coils
