2003 Ford F-150 driivers side engine compartment

Seems like the noise, a whinig sound like when pople run their fingers on the edge of a wine glass with a long stem. It seems to come from the air intake location. I changed the air filter but that did'nt help.

That is most likely the Idle Air Control valve. Im not sure of the reason, but sometimes when they go out it will make a strange howling sound in the intake
