2003 Ford F150 dorr panel removal

i need to replace the speaker in the front door panel of my supercrew and i can't figure out the mechanics of removing the door panel. i have removed the 2 screws from the bottom of the door , but now i meet some resistance . don't know if i'll break something if i force it. could you please advise on what i need to do to get it done, thanks
