I just purchased a used 03 F-150. After a week of no problems it would not start. After charging the battery it started. I then went and had the battery checked. The technician confirmed that it was a bad battery so I replaced it. No problems for another week. Today I went to start it and again nothing. All my interior lights and gauges come on. I then put it on my charger and it kicked right over. No problems noted when I'm driving. Could it be my alternator or regulator or is my truck possessed. Thanks.

Take the truck to a nationally recognized parts store and have them check the alt output. Most will do it for free.

Let me know what you find.

Battery fine, alternator fine. Question battery draw from somewhere. Having it looked at by a mechanic. Thank you
