Hey Sharkatac9,
Here is a guide and article on how to replace your cabin air filter. Some trucks are not quipped though so don't be surprised if you can find it.
Removal and Installation
Cabin air filter is available as an optional dealer-installed kit. Cabin air filter installation instructions are included with the kit. If a filter is already installed, it is located under the right side of the instrument panel in the HVAC housing. Trim panel may have to be removed to gain access to filter. See Fig. 1.
Please let us know happens so it will help others.

Remove the right hand lower instrument panel insulator. If it has a filter it will be attached there. It was a dealer installed option so it will depend on who ordered the truck if it has one.
Hello, Im having a hard time replacing my cabin air filter. 2002 F150 Xlt Supercab. To my knowledge it is behind the glove box. I removed the bottom cover, and i'm lost from there. Thanks

Note: Not all of these vehicles were equipped with a Cabin Air Filter. Only vehicles with a filter cover in the location shown have a Cabin Air Filter

The A/C and heater are working. I can hear the blower. However, there is very little air coming out of the panel. Is this a bad switch [a/c, max, panel, etc] or is there another switch someplace that routes the air? In other words, everything seems to be fine, but little air comes out the vents outward.

If the blower speeds are aall working and the vents are ok, you may have a cabin filter that is plugged up.It was a dealer installed option on those trucks. Here is a pic of where it is located,(under the dash on pass side)
