I was wondering what is the cenral junction box and what it does. It seems to be draining my battery overnight.

It is just that. A place where all the wires come together. If the battery goes dead overnight, try this check:

https://www.2carpros.com/first_things/why_is_my_car_battery_dead_over_night.htm

Review it and the last paragraph explaines the procedure for checking a draw. It there is one, remove one fuse at a time until it stops. That way, we'll know what circuit is affected.

Let me know what you find.
