2002 Ford F150 What fluids do I use?

I need to change the transmission and transfer case fluids but am unsure as to which ones to use. If you could help me out I would really appreciate it! Thanks

Mercon V is the recomended fluid for both, I believe. I know it is for the transfer case. I believe with an 02 F150 it's safe to say that the trans is the same also.
