2002 Ford F150 tail lights

i have traced out the wires for a short and cant find any checked fuses and relays there good i have no rear stop lights but my blinkers are working and my third stop light on top is working the stop light switch is good and the bulbs are good but don't have power to stop lights it has done it before and three days latter they started working again i don't know what is wrong please help

The lower brake lites are wired through the multifunction switch, the high-mount brake lite isn't. The lower brake lites and turn signal use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time.
