2002 Ford F150 Swapped battery was reversed polarity-Fusibl

Blew it big time. Had a dead 02 F150 5.4 Crew cab. I swapped a battery I had but failed to notice the reverse post polarities. The fusable link fried. I heard clicking going on during the 2-3 second connection. My question is what damage should I prepare for besides the link (cable assembly no.?) replacement? Is more than the 2 parallel links at the batt likely gone?

Check all the miniature fuses-if none blown you're okay-it probably has to undergo an idle relearning due to battery disconnection when you get it started
