2002 Ford F150 rear window motor

2002 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive

I am trying to change the rear window motor on a 4 door truck. It is in the down position. Can't seem to find out how how to get the motor to release to be removed and/or disengage so that I can get the window up. No bolts visable. Removed two rivets but no help.
