2002 Ford F150 oil in cylinder when i pulled the spark plug

I'M STATIONED IN GERMANY AND ABOUT A WEEK AGO MY TRUCK STARTED TO RUN RUGH AND THE CHECK ENGAINE LIGHT CAME ON SO I HAD NO CHOICE PUT TO TAKE MY TRUCK TO A GERMAN FORD DEALER THE PEOPLE SAID THAT THEY BARLY EVER WORKED ON AM. FORDS BUT WHEN I RETURED THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS WATER IN ONE OF MY cylinder AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT SO I TOOK MY TRUCK HOME AND PULLED THE SPARK PLUG MY SELF AND NOTICED IT WAS NOT WATER BUT IT WAS OIL WHAT CAN CUSE THAT AND HOW TO FIX IT

That is usually caused by the valve cover gasket leaking into the plug wells. You will need to replace the valve cover gaskets to fix it
