2002 Ford F150 my 4 wheel drive

I just bought my truck. When turn on my 4 wheel drive and try to turn I feel a binding noise and it wants to drive forword rather than make the turn

There is a clutch pack in your front differential that's supposed to compensate for the difference in wheel speed when turning. This clutch is either stuck from non-use or welded together from abuse.
