Hello,

The torque specs is 65-90 ft lbs and here is a video that shows how to use a torque wrench

Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

If replacing the hub then I doubt you would need a wheel alignment.

This description is for the 4WD

HUB & BEARING ASSEMBLY
Removal
Turn off air suspension system, if equipped. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel assembly. Remove brake caliper. Support caliper aside. Remove brake caliper anchor. Mark brake rotor and hub, and remove brake rotor. Remove and discard cotter pin. Remove hub nut retainer and nut. Remove brake rotor shield (if necessary).
Remove ABS sensor (if equipped). Remove hub and bearing assembly-to-CV joint mounting bolts from rear of steering knuckle. See Fig. 1. DO NOT over-extend CV joint. Slide hub and bearing assembly off CV axle shaft splines. CV joint is a slip fit into wheel hub and bearing assembly and should not require puller to remove. Remove steering knuckle grease seal. Inspect steering knuckle grease seal, hub and bearing assembly for excessive wear and damage. Replace components as necessary.
Installation
Using Bearing Cup Replacer (T80T-4000-P), Knuckle Seal Replacer (T96T-1175-A) and Threaded Drawbar (T77F-1176-A), install seal until it seats against steering knuckle. Install hub and bearing assembly onto steering knuckle, guiding CV axle shaft through spline in hub. Tighten hub and bearing assembly-to-steering knuckle mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS.
Align marks, and install brake rotor and caliper. With brakes applied, tighten hub retainer nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. Install washer, nut lock and NEW cotter pin. DO NOT back off nut to install cotter pin. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Reactivate air suspension system. Before driving vehicle, pump brake pedal several times to restore normal pedal position.

WHEEL BEARINGS, HUB & ROTOR
Removal
Turn off air suspension system, if equipped. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel. Remove caliper retainer and anti-rattle springs (if equipped). Remove brake caliper, and wire aside. Remove inboard brake pad (if necessary). Remove caliper anchor plate. Remove grease cap, cotter pin, nut, washer and outer wheel bearing.
CAUTION:DO NOT allow inner bearing and seal to contact spindle threads during removal. Damage to threads, bearing and seal could result.

Discard cotter pin. Carefully slide rotor from steering knuckle. Remove oil seal and inner bearing. Discard oil seal. Using a drift, remove bearing cups (if necessary).
Installation
Clean and inspect bearings and cups. DO NOT spin bearing dry using compressed air. Pack or replace bearings as required. Install outer then inner bearing cup if removed. Install inner bearing and NEW oil seal. Carefully install rotor and outer bearing, washer, and nut. Adjust wheel bearings. See WHEEL BEARING under ADJUSTMENTS & INSPECTION.
To install remaining components, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all nuts and bolts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. Reactivate air suspension system, if equipped.
