Just got a Service Engine Light for my 2002 F-150. (code P0135)
Tells me that I might have a bad oxygen sensor. How easy is this to change and or troubleshoot?

Hello,

O2 Sensors are pretty easy to replace.

They take a special to in most cases and in others a regular wrench is needed.

The code def is

P0135 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

First thing I would check is the wiring on the sensor in question it could be that the wires ended up on the exhaust and melted, shorting it out. Then there are the fuses.

Also the sensor in question I believe is located on the passenger side in the exhaust manifold.
