2001 Ford F-150 Stuck transmission

My transmission is stuck in park. I have checked all sensors and fuses. The truck will go in reverse and forward however it will not disengage from park. Transmission is fine fluids check out nothing out of the ordinary. I need to know what are the other causes for this other than the ussual.

You say the transmission is stuck in park but will go forward and reverse could you explain a little more, Does the transmission indictor light blink.
