2001 Ford F150 removing rusted rotors

How can I removed rotors that have rusted on? I tried a large puller, and also pounded from back side with sledgehammer with no luck. I've sprayed liquid wrench and let sit for days without any luck either

Try heating them up with a torch around the hub.
Plan "B" Get a bigger hammer!
I have had to burn them off before.
