2001 Ford F150 Power windows

The right side window will not go up.
I checked with test light . to go down one wire has power and motor works . to go up both wires have power and motor dosent work
Driver side window works fine

The motor works by reversing polarity to the motor. You should get power to one wire when going down and the other when going up. If you get power to both, something in the switch has shorted.
