2001 Ford F150 Power locks

What would cause the power locks not to unlock all the way when using the remote key. I have replaced the power lock buttons and checked the fuse. Everything is good on that end. When using the driver side lock/unlock button it will not unlock the other door all the way sometime it takes 3 or four time to get it too work. ????

Could possibly be what they call a door lock actuator starting to fail or is failing. But need more information as to what door or doors are doing this. please respond with more info.
