2001 Ford F150 noise in mid section of drivetrain

Recently heard thudding type noise from under my truck. Occurs only one thud at a time (not continual) tends to hear it when going over bumps or rougher terrain. Truck is used at times for hauling a trailer.

Check the condition of the tranny tailshaft mount.
