2001 Ford F150 drivers door sounds like a tornado

Drivers side door needs adjusted. All kinds of air coming through seal. This is a 4 door, and the back door has a suicide door. I can't figure out how to adjust this door so it doesn't leak all that air. please help.

Are the hings adjustable? Does the door sag on the hinge?
