The clutch pressure is gone. When pumped it returns but still feels low on pressure. The clutch has been replaced once already. Could it be the clutch release fork. what is an estimated cost and how can I make sure the mechanic is being honest when going for a diagnosis?

First, this has a hydralic clutch. Make sure the fluid is full. The resivour is on the firewall of the driver's side under the hood. IF it is full, my guess is the slave cylender may be the problem. Have that checked.
