The ford dealer changed the oil failed to put drain plug in correct all the oil was lost van quit running what do I need to do

Call them up and talk to them and demand that they fix it. Or at least look at it and see what caused it. If you threaten to call ford up and complain about them they should be more then happy to oblige.
