In my 01 F-150 I will turn the truck off and remove the key from the ignition and the radio will still be playing. Also while this is going the truck will make a dinging sound as if the key was in the ignition and the door open. The other day when this happened I had to jump start my truck. I removed the fuse for the radio and it shut off. However the truck was dead again this morning when I went out to check on it. Any ideas?

It sounds like a bad ignition switch. Here are directions for checking for electrical draw. Read over it and then the last paragraph will explaine how to check if the other parts don't help. If there is a draw, remove one fuse at a time until the draw stops. Then you will know what circuit is causing the problem.

Let me know what you find.
