1998 Ford F 150 Three Door Half Right Rear Cab Stuck Closed Will Open T

I have a three door F-150 ("Half" door in right rear of cab). The door is stuck closed (will not open), and I can't seem to find any way to gain access to the opening mechanism to fix/repair/or replace any damaged components. Any suggestions?
