I have a 2001 ford lightning and the past few days when I drive the truck it runs like new but when I give it a lot of gas and the super charger kicks in as it is speeding up it has a jerky filling as it is speeding up

Bucking or jerking is normally caused by the MAF sensor at the air filter box. Unplug it and test drive it, the PCM will substitute preset values. If it improves, replace MAF. BTW this will probably turn on the service engine light! It will reset when repair is made, or you plug the MAF back in.
