2001 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my oil cap has a creamy gunk on it .mydipstick is clean with no signs of water in my pan.please help me !!! im stumped

Hi:
Make sure the PCV system is working. If it isn't (plugged, bad valve...) you will have moisture getting into the engine causing what you described.
