MY 2000 F-150 WILL START SOMETIMES OTHER TIMES I HAVE TO PULL OFF AND PUSH ON THE SMALL WIRE ON THE STARTER RELAY THEN IT WILL START UP. ( THE CONNECTION IS TIGHT)
WHAT DO YOU THINK THE PROBLEM IS? THANKS.

sounds like it could be internally damaged. you can put on a new wire and connector and see if that works better.
