2000 Ford F150 Help I need help

Hello,

I am currently working on my 2000 Ford F150 XLT's windshield Wiper Switch ( on/off/ delay and turn signal switch...No juice to the signal switch only the wiper switch.

check the fuse's relay and wiring !!

I really need an explanation of what you need to know ?? the relay arrowed is for wiper hi/low ...
