2000 Ford F150 guages spike

Whenever I start my truck the all the guages spike. Speedometor Tach, oil, water, etc There has been no trouble to indicate anything is wrong the truck runs perfectly What is causing this?

Have the charging system checked out also if it has a voltage limiter that controls voltages to these gauges get it check too.
