2000 Ford F150 Fuel filter

2000 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

this filter has clips instead of a screwed connection does it take a special tool to replace it the new filter has plastis clip instead of metal as on the origin one any problems i should be ready to run in to??

go to the autopart store show them the filter and ask for the tool to remove it. just put it over the hose and pull down it pops right off. the plastic clips are a cheaper alternative to metal ones. thats why its used. shoudl work just fine. you can reuse the metal ones if you clean them up good.
