2000 Ford F150 bleeding sequence

installed new caliper and rotor... bleeding caliper but
not getting proper hard pedal... goes soft and to the
floor????? What may I be doing wrong??? jim

Internal leak with the master cylinder will cause the pedal to go to the floor-if the calipers and wheel cylinders are not leaking
