2000 Ford F-150 Anoise from engine serpentine belt

There is a load noise coming from somewhere around one of the pullys on the engine. The noise is not constant and it doesn't drag the engine down. It does it if the ac is on or not. I have change both idler pully's and it still makes the noise.

What you need to try is remove the belt entirely and see if the noise is still there. If it is, then you likely have a bad Cam sensor synchronizer. They make a noise just like a pulley bearing. You can't just remove it and drop another one in because it has to be timed and that requires a special tool.
