1999 Ford F150 Problem w/ a/c & heater

A/c runs fine, until you hit a bump or motor bogs down.
Then the heat switches on. Sometimes you have the heat on and then you stop & when you restart the motor cool air blows out.

Have the Blend door actuator checked. Let me know what you find.
