I turn my heat control to the cold or blue on the selector dial, I put on my vents for outside air and get heat; the same happens wit h The AC. I have changed the blue/red dial and still no difference. Could this be the bend door?

Hi:
Yes it sounds like the blender door isn't working. It's located near the heater core. That is where I would start.
