1999 Ford F150 heads

Do I have to rebuild both sides heads if only one valve is not working.

while you have the heads off ... have them pressure tested to be sure it is just that one valve !! if it is, replace the one valve .. it would be better to do all valves on the one head you do take off .. but that is your choice ?
