Has the check engine light come on? When was the last tune up? What size V8 do you have? And finally have you checked fuel pressure and for vacuum leaks?

Yes tune up was just done and no check engine light came on and fuel pump pressure is down by 10

The fuel pressure could be causing the problem. Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
