1999 Ford F150 Electric door locks

My door locks have stopped working right. They sometimes unlock the locks half way but do not open them. Both side are doing the same thing.

Does this happen when door switchs used or only with keyless entry remote?

No FOB. Fails with auto lock and both door switches

Check voltage at switch if BATT voltage then need to pull door panel and check actuators voltage if same as switch then actuators or linkage maybe binding.
