The bottom wire of the differential feedback pressure sensor was touched with a powerprobe with 12volts while the motor was running and it shut the motor off now it won't restart. So where would the problem be? The sensor it's self ?,the pcm? I can't afford much as I am completly dissabled. Please help!

Check the fuses for the PCM and ECM in both in car and underhood fuse blocks...you might get lucky...BTW why were you probing this way? was check engine light on? What was the code?
