1999 Ford F-150 4.6L

My truck just hit 100,000 miles and I put a set of spark plugs in it. Now it starts rough, idles fine and will miss real bad when you start to accelerate. I used Boch double platnum plugs. Please help thanks.

I had the exact same problem on an '88 F150 with a 4.9L engine. I was dumb and looked everywhere but the obvious. It turned out to be the spark plugs were only hand tight. Some were even so loose you could grab them and they would wiggle loosely. Hope that's all your problem is.
