clutch works fine then drive about 10 min. then try to switch gears it is very difficult to put into gear. when i pump the clutch pedal then it works to put into gear.

Is there ever a chattering when you pull out? If not, it may be a bad slave cylender or if there is a chatter, the pressure plate may be weak. When they get hot, that is when you will feel the problem.
