1999 Ford F150 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Changed ignition in steering column, now vehiclle won't start, how to reset it without taking it to dealer?

I hate to say it, but it has to go to a dealer to be reset. THey are the only ones with the proper equipment.
