Rear brakes?

Mostly when turning left I have a popping noise from the left rear tire the told me the brakes are bad.

Hello,

Usually popping noise happens from suspension and drivetrain parts and not from the brakes. Typically popping noise will happen when you have a worn busing or broken suspension part.
As you mentioned it happens when you turn left.
What happens when you apply the brake?
If the noise does not change with the brake then it is likely not a brake issue.
