1998 Ford F150 will not disengauge trans lock out and no br

Electrical problem
1998 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I can trick it into starting in neutral but I still have no brake lights and all the fuses test good along with the switch at the pedal.

Found the prob. blown fuse labled dome light on/off switch brake. the latter being the part I didn't catch for the first hour and was found when I pulled and checked every fuse.

You need to get the brake lights to work-the brake switch powers the shift lock control solenoid within the shift interlock control system. also a part of the cruise control-
